- Must have 5 years solid experience as mechanics
- Must have experience in repair and maintenance of heavy equipment trucks
- Knowledgeable in Truck Equipment Installation & Repair, Electrical/Electronic Installation & Repair, Auxiliary Power System Installation & Repair
- At least high school graduate or its equivalent
- With an computers, mathematics, electronics and automotive course
- Must have specialized training at diesel engine school
- With at least driver’s license restriction A1,A2 and A3
